Z-Flash Install Guide for Hummer EV


This guide is for the Z-Flash LCM 2500 for GM on 2024+ Hummer EVs

Installation Guide

  1. Leave your vehicle off with the driver’s door OPEN for 10 minutes before installing the Z-Flash OR disconnect your battery
  2. Locate the Light Control Module (LCM) on the passenger side on the far right back of the glove box. The Violet Plug is on the row of 5 plugs and is the second plug in from the Light Blue Plug. 

  1. Next, disconnect the factory Violet plug from the LCM and plug it into the female side of the Z-Flash harness. Then, plug the Male side of the Z-Flash harness into the LCM.
  2. Connect the Z-Flash module to the 22-pin connector

Now, start your truck, and the Z-Flash can be activated with the provided switch by holding it down for 3 seconds. You can also activate using the High Beam Lever by pulling it back for 5 seconds. 


Important Notes for the Z-Flash LCM 2500 for GM:


For Hummer EVs and any EV vehicle supported, DIP Switch #4 has to be OFF.


Key Fob Activation is always available. On your Key Fob, Quickly Press Lock>Unlock>Lock>Unlock
