Z-Flash OBD for Ford Install Guide

Before installing, verify you have all the correct pieces:


1 - OBD for Ford Module

2 - On/Off Switch

3 - Hardwire Cable (Optional)

4 - USB Cable for programming 


*All Z-Flash modules come pre-programmed, so it’s not required to program


Step 1: Connect the Z-Flash Module to the vehicle’s OBD-II port and plug in the provided Switch to the side of the Z-Flash. Located under the dashboard on the driver’s side


Step 2: Start your vehicle


Step 3: Let the Z-Flash boot for 5 seconds. The LED on the module will flash for 5 seconds.


Step 4: The Z-Flash will be ready once the green LED flashes for 5 seconds, then turns off
